Buying and Renting in Temecula, CA

Greetings,

Me and my wife are currently looking at homes in Temecula. Our plan was to initially buy a home in San Diego because we both work there but the homes up north are a lot better and cheaper and we wouldn’t mind the commute. We will not be living in the home indefinitely due to the military moving us around so renting the home will definitely happen.

My question, is buying and then renting a home in Temecula a better investment vs doing that in San Diego?

@Anthony Richard Vasquez that is a subjective question. There are pros and cons to both. temecula will give you a larger home, but may not appreciate quite as fast. Ultimately it depends on your long-term goals, and what you're more comfortable with.
