Greetings,

Me and my wife are currently looking at homes in Temecula. Our plan was to initially buy a home in San Diego because we both work there but the homes up north are a lot better and cheaper and we wouldn’t mind the commute. We will not be living in the home indefinitely due to the military moving us around so renting the home will definitely happen.

My question, is buying and then renting a home in Temecula a better investment vs doing that in San Diego?
