My name is Al. I'm 25 years old and I want to get into the Real Estate business using the BRRR method. I have read and watched several educational videos on BRRRR method but I'm still a little confused and hesitant.

I'm looking for someone who can help me out, someone who I can pick their brain and eventually consider as a mentor. That someone who considers themselves an experienced person with the BRRRR method and has had success doing it.

I’m willing to invite that someone to meet up in person, possibly invite a brunch/dinner and have a dialogue about their experiences and success stories. Someone who can possibly guide me on the right direction.

I'm a very serious person who really wants to join the successful club at BRRRR.

Looking to hear from someone from Houston Texas soon!

Thanks and keep the success going guys!

Definitely post in the forums as the guys above mentioned.

However, if you want to find a mentor, find some people you can add value to. Most of the great investors and mentors are busy doing deals and don't have time to take on all mentors. So when someone says "can I pick your brain?" the mentor typically thinks "is this going to be a valuable use of my time?". To make the mentor more likely to meet with you, find ways to apply your skills so you can add value to them. That will give you a better chance of rubbing elbows with successful people.

Also, when the ban lifts, go to as many networking events as you can.
