Just got off the phone with Planning Dept. & Permit Dept. and I couldn’t get an answer to my question...

Anyone knows of any new project/developments that may be taking place in the city of Houston?

(etc. malls, shopping centers, commercial buildings, hotels,...)

Normally I will reach out to the developer who works for the county and he/she will inform me of all future projects but for some reason... I can’t get ahold of someone who can help me get that info.

I’m a serious person who is looking to grow as a person and as a business man. Here’s a little bit about myself: I served in the US Army for 6 years. Afterwards, I further my criminal justice career by becoming a US Secret Service Police Officer. During my time as an Officer I also completed my Masters degree in Management and now I still work for the government but reside in Houston Texas.

I’m looking to meet up with those of you who are serious and experienced. Possibly invitation for a dinner/brunch at my expense at your favorite place.

My name is Al. I'm 25 years old and I want to get into the Real Estate business using the BRRR method. I have read and watched several educational videos on BRRRR method but I'm still a little confused and hesitant.

I'm looking for someone who can help me out, someone who I can pick their brain and eventually consider as a mentor. That someone who considers themselves an experienced person with the BRRRR method and has had success doing it.
