Need help with BRRR. The dummy version
Up until now, I've been using my own funds. I need someone to break the BRRR method down to me.
I have properties that I can Refi for cash. How do I go about paying back the outstanding loan? Do I use the monthly rents? Also, how do I profit other than rent payments? I’m trying to avoid having multiple open loans.
