80% LTV with 3 month seasoning

Hey everyone,

My current refinance company for all my BRRRR's has always provided 80% LTV with a 3 month seasoning period on a 30 year cash out refinance.

In light of recent events, they've dropped the LTV down to a maximum of 70%.

My question is, is anyone else able to find 80% with a 3 month seasoning right now? If it matters I’m in Virginia.

Tagging - Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Newport News, Hampton, Hampton Roads.

Hey @Daniel Ferster, did this lender do 80% LTV for multifamily as well? Or just for SFH?
