Is it a wise investment to purchase lot to build 3 family townhouse to rent?

Let’s say the cost to build is $320k for 3 floor home. Need advise

@Ese A. O'Diah  How much can you rent the individual units for?  It is a numbers game.  you will also have holding costs while the house is being built. The nice thing is you can do a purpose built rental.
