Hello All,

What do you believe a business loan rates would be for Rental Property in MN?

what is a purpose built rental? This is my first time investing a rental property and Im trying to put together my connection now before I start to invest. I understand using the BRRRR system will work on an existing property but Im think about building from bottom and a 30 yr mortgage on a $300-320k project

So my thoughts were to build a plot, build an energy efficient townhouse, each floor will be rented by a different family.  Thinking about $1100/month per family (2.5 bed, 1bath) what are your thoughts.

@Bryan Tinajero

What are your thoughts on purchase of plot to build rental property

Is it a wise investment to purchase lot to build 3 family townhouse to rent?

Let’s say the cost to build is $320k for 3 floor home. Need advise

@Charles Osugo

Thank you, since I have you here are you an investor?

Do you know any good RealEstate agent. I’m going to be heading to MN in a few weeks to hopefully look for foreclosures

I’m looking to move to MN and already started to look for my first purchase. Any ideas on which local lending banks for first time investor?
