How and when should I talk to a bank to refinance a BRRRR deal?
It's just a simple question I had. I was wondering when the best time would be to talk to a bank to refinance a BRRRR deal. Should I do it before or after the rehab or let a bank know I plan to refinance the house after the rehab once I purchase the deal? What's the best way to go about this?

Start talking to banks now. Tell them what your strategy is. Have them look at your financials/credits scores so you are good to go. This way you are sure you can complete the refinance portion.
