@Aaron Rowzee

I too am looking to start investing in the South Eastern part of Texas. Hoping to connect with you soon!

@Coral Hernandez

Awesome I will!

@Kenneth Garrett

Okay cool. Thank you!

It's just a simple question I had. I was wondering when the best time would be to talk to a bank to refinance a BRRRR deal. Should I do it before or after the rehab or let a bank know I plan to refinance the house after the rehab once I purchase the deal? What's the best way to go about this?

@Caleb Heimsoth @Account Closed Thank you for these pointers. I appreciate it.

It's just a quick question. I was wondering how nice homes in rough neighborhoods would be appraised for a refinance. I came across a property with a lot of potential that I could possibly BRRRR. The only problem is that it's in a rough part of town. Should I pursue this or not and how would it be appraised?

@Nathan G.

Thank you for letting me know this. I really appreciate it, now it’s time for me to start to find amazing deals and present it to my parent!

Hey BP community. I am 17 years old and have been wanting to get into real estate for about a year now. I have been constantly reading books and listening to all kinds of podcasts about REI. I know i can't sign any legal documents until I am 18 years of age however I was wondering if I could have a parent sign all the documents under their name and buy the property under their name? Could I claim it as my own but won't actually own it until I am 18?

This has been something I’ve been thinking about for the past few weeks. I am currently a senior in high school and thought the extra cash flow from a rental property would really help me out once I get to college. Is this choice ethical and legal?
