@Jamie Rose most multi-family investors do this but not as a BRRRR method since the BRRRR is more of a "months" technique and Multi-family is more of a "years" strategy. There is a commercial forum that will speak to this a lot more than this forum since this one is designed more for residential transactions. Try posting in there or just looking at what is posted in there. Lots of discussions about this sort of a technique in there. Thanks!
