The Refinancing Step of BRRRR
David Green mentioned in Podcast 327 that he started doing 1-2 BRRRR's each month. That sounds like he's pulling his money out each month. How did he refinance that soon? I thought you had to wait a while before you could refinance?

@Steven Cobb commercial/private lender will allow you to refi to 75% of new appraised value at 90 days of ownership.
