Seeking to connect with a real estate attorney in New Jersey, closer to NYC (Elizabeth, Newark, Jersey City, Linden, etc...) who has experience with litigation. I have a property in which the seller did not hold up his end of the bargain and I am currently getting burned because of his negligence. An attorney with experience in drafting contracts, evictions, and other real estate legal matters is a plus. However, the current concern is the litigation issue, not trying to draw this out, only trying to make myself whole from this deal.

Hey BiggerPockets family, what software, spreadsheets or services do you use to produce financial statements and track your businesses performance. Rather than recreate the wheel I am looking for something that is easily maintained, has a good flow connecting all financial statements, user friendly and scalable as the company grows. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can someone recommend a real estate focused lawyer in Columbus, OH that primarily works with investors. Seeking to connect with a real estate attorney not looking to sell me things I don't need. Rather, would like to connect with an experienced attorney that primarily works with investors.

@Stephanie P. Thank you so much for the response. Okay, that works well. I will have to search for a few in the Ohio and New Jersey areas. Would you happen to know of any institutions in either of those areas that provide this service? The local banks, credit unions and larger financial institutions I use do not provide this option or rather I have not communicated with the right person in these organizations that will allow this type of lending.
