Wholesaling in Texas - realtor to realtor
Hey - I'm a TX realtor and I have a licensed realtor who wants me to share deals with them from a wholesaler. Being new to this process, it seems a regular referral form won't work. And I've been warned from other realtors that if I have a buyer rep agreement, I'll get cut out. What's my best strategy here to protect myself and to assist with this connection?

Honestly I work with a lot of investors and havent found a way to make anything off wholesale deals. But I always send them to my clients. The way that I see it, when they sell it down the road, they will use me to list it. I will also give them comps / rehab estimates for the property as well.
