I wonder if you could help me out as well. I'm a Texas Realtor. It seems I am a going to be a middle man between a wholesaler and another licensed realtor. What forms do I use to protect myself? Thank you!

Hey - I'm a TX realtor and I have a licensed realtor who wants me to share deals with them from a wholesaler. Being new to this process, it seems a regular referral form won't work. And I've been warned from other realtors that if I have a buyer rep agreement, I'll get cut out. What's my best strategy here to protect myself and to assist with this connection?

Hi- New here - realtor interested in building portfolio.

Does BP have an actual course that walks one through step by step on how to invest in various ways?

I haven't. And I'd like to. Which ones do you like best and why? Tried to email you but it doesn't allow me to. Easier way to reach you?

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'm currently listening to Real Estate by the Numbers and just learned about Personal Financial Statements. Do we know if this book has a downloadable and editable spreadsheet for this?

Depends on your personality. You can google average rates in your area to get an idea. You can post here and get an idea of what other ppl in your area have paid. Also, you can find out what work needs to be done by hiring a reputable inspector.
