I hope you’re doing well. I’m looking to purchase a duplex in Charlotte, with one unit being turn-key and the other in need of repairs. I believe I can utilize a 203(k) loan for the refurbishment. Additionally, I’m partnering with a friend where we then can take advantage of a first-time homebuyer program, but we’re unfamiliar with the available options in Charlotte.

I do not have any info regarding first-time homebuyer programs available in Charlotte, but I do have a lot of info about the FHA 203k.
