Yes, I will live in one of the units of the duplex.

Dear Community/Future Friends,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m looking to purchase a duplex in Charlotte, with one unit being turn-key and the other in need of repairs. I believe I can utilize a 203(k) loan for the refurbishment. Additionally, I’m partnering with a friend where we then can take advantage of a first-time homebuyer program, but we’re unfamiliar with the available options in Charlotte.

Your guidance and expertise in helping us find suitable properties and navigate these programs would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to any insights or assistance you can provide.

Thank you so much for your time!

Warm regards,

Start investing as soon as you can!

How are you going to finance a purchase?

I am looking to go through the NACA program, which may not be possible because of my inconsistent income. I have been pre-qualified for a 30 year fixed convention loan, but the rates are high

I hope this post finds you well and I appreciate the response!

I graduate in a few months, and am looking to purchase a home in Detroit to use for a house hack. This will be my primary residence for the next 2 years. Unfortunately, I do not have a steady stream of income, but high earning summers from summer internships.

I am currently looking for any roadblocks that I should be aware of, and/or a realtor to help with the home selection. I have a budget and plan.
