Hello. I’m remodeling a house for rental and I’m debating if replace all carpet for hardwood floor, even on rooms and closets. My concern is if it is a good idea to get rid off carpet, will it be appealing for renters in Texas. The house is built in 2001 and has a pool as well.

@Bob S. We’re putting LVP in all our homes unless we buy something that has had the carpet replaced just prior to me purchasing it.

The tenants seem to love it and can put down area rugs if they want carpet.
