Does anyone have a BRRRR business plan template they would be willing to share with me. I have found a few online but they all require a subscription or a payment to view.

thanks in advance

I am a Canadian looking to buy my first property in the US(San Diego).

Is it difficult to find financing as a Canadian?

Would be great to hear from some local hard money lenders and mortgage brokers.

thanks

Thanks for the reply Amara,

Yes I should have specified my question. I was inquiring about longer term property investors. Good to hear there is still a strong flipping market though.

Are you doing many flips in north county? Specifically Encinitas?

thanks

Are people still investing is San Diego or have the high interest rates and low cash flow moved investors to other markets?

Who’s investing in North County? And what areas are the numbers still working?

Hello,

I am a new member from Vancouver, B.C. I’m looking to purchase my first investment property in San Diego, California.

Currently looking for tax, accounting referrals so I can gain some more info on the process. Any info is welcome.

thanks
