Is it difficult to find financing as a Canadian?

Yes I should have specified my question. I was inquiring about longer term property investors. Good to hear there is still a strong flipping market though.

Are you doing many flips in north county? Specifically Encinitas?

Are people still investing is San Diego or have the high interest rates and low cash flow moved investors to other markets?

Who’s investing in North County? And what areas are the numbers still working?
