Baltimore MD (City) Buying dilapidated properties rehabbing them

Michael J. Momb
Posted

Good afternoon,

I am new to this and would like to know any tips on buying dilapidated properties and rehabbing them. My "do it yourself" skills are limited so the repair work will be all outsourced (hiring professionals).

Most buildings in Baltimore are effectively totaled meaning the repair costs exceed the value finished value of the property, your much better off buying turn key.
