BRRRR-specific questions to ask agent
Hi there! Do you have specific questions you ask realtors when looking to BRRRR, specifically when using realtors for property sourcing?
I'll of course ask all the usual suspects (whether they are an investor, how they work with investors, knowledge about the market, alignment with my goals, etc) but curious if you have BRRRR-specific questions you like to ask. Thanks!

I've picked up strong BRRRR deals myself straight off the MLS personally. I guess it just depends on your market. Don't rely on realtors too much. Just make sure they know how to send you an air tight CMA and the rest really needs to be your own DD. If you're remote then a realtor can definitely be helpful in identifying some block by block nuances in any city. A market like Columbus will be full of realtors who pretty much ONLY work with investors. So I'd stick to one like that as opposed to someone who primarily helps people buy their primary homes. They'll speak two different languages.
