Hi Everybody. I created a BRRRR calculator on google sheets that has helped me analyze some of my own deals. I wanted to share this sheet not necessarily because I think it's the best, but to get feedback from you all on what improvements or changes I could make. I didn't want to rely on somebody else's calculator because I felt I would learn more by creating my own.. Here's the link!
