Great lending experience

I just wanted to come one here and share my great lending experience I had with Lima One Capital. I first heard about them on the BP Podcast and it turned out that I had a friend who had a lender there that they were already using and who they said was great. I was refinancing one of my 5 unit buildings that we are currently BRRRR-ing, and in the process was able to add an additional purchase to my refi. Long story short, after working with this guy, Greg Huegel, I went from owing a ton of money at closing, to getting money back to continue rehabbing our other building. This is the first time I have ever felt like a lender had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend!! I think they were in the process of developing some new loan products for large multifamily investors too last I checked. Definitely worth a phone call if you are like me and have had to creatively finance everything because you don't meet the traditional bank requirements.
