Getting high appraisals

I'm currently finishing up a rehab that I will be getting a HELOC for in the next couple months. Does anybody have any advice on what appraisers like to see a property has to bump up its value?

I’ve heard things like an outdoor generator hookup and permanent storage sheds. Anything else I could be missing?
ps. This property is in a rural area.

Thanks in advance!
