BRRRR - Tenant Relocation
Hi All!
Bought my first wholesale invesment property in 3br in Manayunk area- The sale was quick and I inherited the tenants on m2m lease. PHL rules intent to renovate is an accepted reason to initate eviction. They are senior citizens - kind, coopertive, paying the rent and actively looking to relocate to smaller 1br/studio in the area. I have offered them great $$ to relocate by May 31st.
Are there dedicated services in PHL to help senior citizens find/navigate/apply for rental housing? They are struggling a bit with the technology peice of looking...
Credit mid 600s
Couple is happy to make larger security deposit/pay several extra months at time of signing lease
