Hard money lenders for foreign nationals
We are foreign nationals and looking the possibility of trying to do a brrrr with a loan. However I guess our financing possibilities are different to the ones US citizens have. Does someone know how it might work? Or you might know someone who knows someone? Thanks in advance.
We have an Llc and an house under the company if that helps.
