BRRRR Remote Team Building in Fort Wayne, IN

Hello everyone!

I'm an out of state investor looking to BRRRR homes in the Fort Wayne area. I'm currently looking for a SFH as my first property, but want to scale up in unit size pretty fast. Hoping to buy 2-3 properties in 2022. I'd like to use hard money and buy through a wholesaler. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for how to approach building a team remotely? Should I start with realtors first or property managers, etc? Thanks in advance!

@Jarrett Chouinard  are you just starting out or do you have a few investments under your belt?  I would start with a decent PM.  They will have connections to contractors and most are realtors and can help you source property.
