BrrrBnb in at a volume
Im working on setting up a platform that would Brrrr on a large scale/volume. My goal though is to operate them as a short term (not necessarily vacation) rentals to he able to cashflow 3-5x what a long term rental would after debt sevices etc. Does this model work on a large scale?
