So Many Books to Read...Where Should I Begin?

Hello all,

I am brand new here on BiggerPockets and am looking to learn more about REI. I am currently on my half-term break this week (I'm a teacher) and would love to read a couple of REI books. I am having a hard time deciding which book to start out with. Does anyone have any recommendations or books that helped you when you were just starting out?

 Thank you so much!

@Shelby Spring

If I had one book I could offer, it would Be Vivid Vision. Having a clear goal and direction you want to take in your REI career will keep you focused and directed. From there, I would start reading targeted books for strategies you would be using. For example, David Greene BRRRR would be a solid next choice. Below are some other recommendations.

Miracle Morning and Indistractable (Focus on controlling your time and being purposeful in your actions)

The Richest Man in Babylon (Classic, but full of wisdom)

The Millionaire Next Door (Mindset of what wealth truly looks like in America)

The One Thing (Mindset, but directly linked to taking action in REI)

Traction (if you're starting a business)

Sincerely,

Josh
