Hey yall!

I am curious how you all use social media.  I am not much a social media guy to date but I can see how beneficial it can be.  I have already gotten a client from Bigger Pockets!  what are some tips and tricks that you all use to maximize the asset that is social media?

@Heath Shepard - I do have a business fb but I have not expanded it much to be honest. I use my personal accounts. My insta I turned into a business account and operate it at such now. Have cleaned them up and use them to promote my business. It’s nice because people are already added and see my real estate content.
