I'm wanting to set up my CRM Podio to automatically send out text and email messages to leads that i've entered into the system on a scheduled response time. I've got Podio set up but also would like help getting it optimized. Who is a Podio expert or knows someone that specializes in setting up podio and the various features. 

I'm looking for a good 2 to 4 day class or training that i can go to and learn how to invest in multifamily and mixed use commercial buildings. Who knows of some good training or seminars to attend?

I'm looking at utilizing a virtual assistant to make the initial call, interest level and hopefully appointment setting for a list of properties I want contacted. Does anyone have any experience with this type of work as well as any recommendations for a good, reputable company I can contact. 

@George Kocher great info George. Thank you very much for the tips. You seem like you know what your doing. Do you get a lot of leads organically through your website? If so, what would you say an average month looks like for # of leads?

I recently purchased a Lead Propeller website to try to gain some traction for generating more organic leads. Does anyone have any additional tips to further optimize my site to help push it to the top of Google?

Thank you for the feedback. I'm trying to get more leads that come in with less effort then sending mail and knocking on doors. Those methods work and are tried and true but just like anything else it's always nice to diversify your efforts to draw as much attention as possible to feed the machine. Do you have any tips for a newer investor that you could provide? 

Who uses the various types of marketing for leads and what are those? Web based vs. direct mail?
