Anyone use a good property management app that they find works particularly well for them? I am taking on the property management of a duplex (in the Philly area) owned by my Pops. In the near future, I will be house hacking in Pittsburgh, PA. If you know of any apps, please recommend them here!

Cozy.co is a good free platform for only a couple units. Just make sure you are up on all the compliance required for philly rentals. Good luck!
