looking for: word press website developer referal

Greetings:

I have a basic word press site that I have not put time into improving to follow standard real estate investor style and layout.

[REMOVED]
I'm looking for referals for word press website developers who can give this site the standard word press realestate investor / buyer / seller / rents / private funds look, background color, top and left navigation etc

I'm looking for a modest price to update and give me a punch list on how / what to do to finish details myself (if this makes sense or needed).

Any URLs/ books that I can read on how to hook my site's buyer/seller etc squeeze pages into facebook, ebay classifieds etc?

tnx curt

I largely did mine myself (with the help of some VAs for quick fixes), but check out the Genesis + AgentPress parent/child theme combo. It's very user-friendly with a robust community.

Thanks Michael, I'll keep my ears open if who ever I find to do the work mentions geneis/agentpress. I'm still wanting someone else to do the work, then I'll take over operating the site, setting up campaigns, blogs etc. I have too much to do than to spend time learning WP, plugins etc etc.

BTW I like the layout and function of your site;.

I used www.jayhafling.com to put together my current website.

I did have an iWeb website, but it was discontinued when Apple decided to do away with iWeb this summer.

Jay is located overseas (I think Ukraine?) and communication is a minor issue, but he did a good job. I had to communicate totally via email and I would have liked to been able to talk on the phone or go visit someone down the street. However, he was responsive to my emails and implemented my requests.

My website cost about $1,500 and took 2 months to complete. He designed the layout, coded it for Wordpress, and got it set up on my hosting website. Overall, I was happy with the experience.

Go to Elance, post what you want, and you'll get several dozen proposals within a day or so.

I've been happy with Jerry Puckett here at BP.
