BEST REAL ESTATE SOFTWARE

I would like to know what system you guys use for your website, contacts, leads , etc?

I have been using InvestorPro which costed me around $300 to start and I pay $60 to host and run 2 websites , seller and buyers. It also comes with Backoffice Pro which is a database management software to track leads and upload your deals. Overall is not a bad system but I feel there could be something better out there.

I have heard of Freedomsoft, Iflip, amongst others .. but not sure how they compare?

So please share what you use but only if you think is the best system or have good knowledge on other systems out there. Thanks in advance.
