Sites that run the numbers?

Hi.  I've recently been poking around on Roofstock and one thing I like about their site is that they have built-in calculators for investors with each listing.  I don't think I'll go forward with Roofstock because I'm not too interested in their available markets.  Anyone aware of other sites that have this feature?

Are you talking about sites that have listings, or sites that help you calculate your profit?

If you have your own sources of data, then the BP calculators are pretty easy.

If you don't have your own sources data, then there are a ton of calculators out there. Unfortunately most of them use the Zillow API for the back end, and you should avoid making any decisions based on that data because it's pretty poor.
