Accounting Software for rentals
I'm your typical BRRR investor. I currently have 17 units. I need to keep track of all my expenses on my rental units and the expenses of 1 or 2 rehabs a year. I am currently using Excel to keep track of all of this. Maybe I should be hiring someone to do it for me. What type of accounting software can you recomend what do you use? Excel QuickBooks freshbooks what are the advantages?

Excel works ok, but if you're looking for looking for something that can automatically produce income and expense reports, there are other options out there. For tracking expenses by unit, I've had good luck with tellusapp.com They also have a mobile version, which is nice if I'm buying something for a property and don't want to lose the receipt.
