What do you guys target as your most important keywords to bring people to your buying site?

These are the top few I'm using based on Impressions off of AdWords

1.We Buy Houses (with and without your city)
2.buy my house
3.sell house fast
4.Probate
5.sell house by owner

I entered dozens of variations in Google and these seem to be the only ones worth any time. I'm Interested to see if anyone tries anything different.
