Simple Cloud Based Mortgage Software to Track Payments Escrow

I don't own many loans but I need a more structured way of tracking payments and escrow accounts.  I need report-writing capability to issue statements and 1099's.  I just need the tracking software not any other bells and whistles like origination information or payment receipt capability.  I would prefer a system that is set up for me to populate that can handle simple loans - nothing exotic like wraps.  I could also use a well vetted spreadsheet template.  What do you recommend that will not cost a lot?  Thanks in advance for your recommendations.
