Tenant screening apps

Does anybody on BP have experience using any particular tenant management software or app. I was just looking at "Rent Perfect".  Are there others that you can suggest? I like the idea of the tenant going to a portal to apply and pay etc. They also give background and credit reports.

Any info would be appreciated.
