Keeping track of all your dealings

What software or app or platform does everyone use to keep track of all their personal investments? I have multiple mortgages, banking accounts, credit cards, brokerage accounts, crypto currency accounts, crowd funding accounts, employee 401k, self directed ira, employee stock plan administrator, shares in a small-town bank, I feel like I could go forever. A huge portion of my anxiety about investing in real estate is just adding to the list of **** to keep up with. A big worry is if anything happens to me how does my family know where all my assets are?
