Investor Carrot or Lead Propeller? Which is BEST?

I am looking for recommendations on which product is best. I am looking to launch a website to sell land, one to promote buying houses and one for my rental property. I have been told that these two are the premier companies but I have heard both good and bad about both. What say you?

@Ray C. Go get it! I tell you what I see more and more people diving into land this year as the house market gets more and more competitive. 

Of course I'm partial since I own the company but as an impartial 3rd party... Seth Williams of REtipster has a great podcast (he's a really active BP member) and he had a great interview that broke down what a student of his did as far as website goes when he compared the two.
