Reusable Text Blocks Outlook for Mac

HI Team,

Im finding myself typing the same text over and over again for email enquiries, and would like to automate some of the text.

I think it was mentioned in one of the podcasts way back about a plug in / extension or something that could be used for this. 

Can anyone recommend a solution that could be sued on Outlook for Mac 2011? 

There are many articles about creating Quick parts and text blocks but none of them can be used on my laptop.
