What kind of Website/Directory would be useful for Real Estate?

Apart from real estate investing, I have an online media company that manages a portfolio of website assets. Once or twice a year we create websites that provide value-add to different industries. I have been investing in real estate for the past 2 years and want to see if their is a way to combine my media and real estate business.

Do you see any need for a comprehensive directory-type website that aggregates information from various cities/counties (e.g., director of links to different property tax websites, section 8 directory, directory of ....)?

Essentially, I am trying to understand a need that real estate investors have (that maybe BP does not solve), and then my team and I will create a solution.

Any thoughts welcome! Thanks
