Howdy y'all, searching BiggerPockets I could not find any specific reviews on the Real Estate Investing Package from Podiozen: https://www.podiozen.com/market-place/real-estate-investing/

Why are there no reviews?  For what seems like a one-time price of $299 for the Podio Real Estate Investing Template Package, it seems a good value for individuals lacking in Podio experience that are looking for quick start CRM and Project Management solution for their Real Estate business. 

Am I missing something? 

I'd really appreciate any experience, reviews or recommendations from people who have used (or have decided not to use) Podiozen.
