The best keywords to use depends on which topic your site is about. For example, a site about "Stop Foreclosure" should have keywords like "stop foreclosure", "avoid foreclosure", "behind on payments", "delinquent mortgage", etc. and not keywords like "problem rental", "flood damage", etc. Use keywords in your PPC campaign that are relevant to your site.

Best thing to do is to have several sites about specific topics. Have one site about "stop foreclosure", one about "we buy houses", and maybe one about "sell house fast". Then have relevant keywords that are specific to each website. Works for me.
