Noticed turbo tenant advertises here on BP. Is anyone currently using their software?

I just signed up to do my first tenant screening on turbotenant. I just realized that there is no way to view the applications before they go through the paid screening. I was hoping I would be able to pre-screen with only the applications and then choose to go ahead with the tenant paying for the credit and background check. I am worried about a bunch of unhappy applicants who paid the fee but were ultimately rejected.
