Investors Tools Corelogic Vs Crsdata

HI team, 

Im looking for tool i can use to extract property information in different stats.

Some of the functions im looking for are: 

Searching for specific property, finding the last sale of the property, owners name and phone number, size of the lot, number of bedrooms, year of construction, etc, etc. 

And be able to do CMA or Radius search.

Also, to search a property type in specific location by Zip, ie Multi family or commercial etc. 

In NZ we are using the paid service Corelogic's RPNZ and Property Guru but im not sure of the US version does the same.

Would much appreciate feedback or other suggestions.
