Documenting a Rehab/Flip, Interested?
As a newbie real estate investor (I have two buy and holds), I have interest in rehab and/or flipping houses in the future. I know that for a lot of people (and certainly speaking for myself) hands-on is the best way I learn. Do you think there would interest from a seasoned or active flipper/rehabber in having someone document the progress start to finish in a blog-style format for them?
This I feel like would build their brand by having the documentation to show their work, without having to spend the time taking the pictures and writing a blog every night or week.
At the same time it would allow me to get down in the trenches (so to speak) and see what it takes to get a rehab done. A complete learning experience for me on the process, problems and successes.
