@Roy N.

I have attended a number of meetings and they have been very helpful.  I have not paid anything extra for advice.  In fact, I was able to connect with a financial company to help fund a purchase and I am presently working to redo my insurance through another member.

Curious, why do you say they are guru's?  I obviously can ask and pay for one on one help but the meetings and the forum have helped me quite a bit.

BP is very good and no membership fees which is nice.

Hi all

For those interested, there is a REIN Canada meeting coming up in April in Toronto.   This is a weekend long program.  It is not the guru's that suck $$ out of you.  It's great networking and education.

If you search REIN Canada you will be able to find the ACRE program listed.

@Jim Adrian

@Jeff B.

Jeff, this software took over a hundred pages at the click of a button.  So much less work

Jim - You can also export as an excel file so it can fill in what was said on each day and look like you kept very detailed notes.

Got it!!!

I downloaded iExplorer, paid $40 US and it works very well. I was able to take a whole year conversation and have it in a pdf file. It looks just like the conversation does on the phone. In total I have about 120 pdf pages.

Enjoy Sarnia. It's my main place to invest as well.

My ratios are out of whack as well but I'm limited to the # of units.

Let me know if you are interested in trying to get more.  I have a very good broker and I'm interested in doing Joint Ventures.

@Steven B.

I'm capped at getting new mortgages for single family so I'm now looking into mutli.  5-7 units would be a starting place.

You?
