I don't own any properties now, but will in the future through inheritance. My mother has used hand-written accounting ledgers for 50 years, but I'm looking into accounting software. What do members recommend? Quick Books for Rental Properties? Standard Quick Books? Other specialized accounting software? Thank you in advance for your insight and suggestions.
